Income and Balances
Note you will require Excel- an open source version of Excel may work but has not been tested. It has been tested with Excel 2003
(This starts the same way as the work flow for Product Reviews- it should be done to ensure your product list is up to date, if it is not then the calculations for CreditsPending will be wrong. The list must have all your products and IMVU produxt number)
Make sure you delete previous downloaded productlist.csv, balancelog.csv, and incomelog.csv for program version 00.01.0000.0214 and earlier. Later versions will delete automatically after scanning if Delete CSV on Close is checked on the Import windows.
1. Make sure you are logged in to your IMVU account. There are two ways of proceeding - depending which you prefer- but A is more convenient, B is for current users who wish to continure using it.
A. Click Import Logs in the top menu bar then press the Download Products button. This will open your browse and go to the product list, wait 8 seconds and then press the CSV button on that page - this downloads a text file with your products

2. Click Import Products CSV in the top menu bar - a window should display, click the button Import from CSV - the downloaded text file will be read and imported into the progam database. Wait till its done

4. Scan IMVU Income Logs
A. Click Import Logs in the top menu bar (If it is not already displaying) then press Download Income Logs. Wait 6 seconds and then press the CSV on that page IMVU will take a while to respond) - then downloads a text file with your Income. Go back to the program. Click Income from Import Logs
This will try to use the end date from the previous dowload. The first time you use the program, you should select the range you wish to process, ideally you should go back to the start of the month or even earlier.

Press 1. Import New and wait for completion. An Excel Spread Sheet will open, be carefull not to click or select that window till the import is complete, or the program may hang. However, if the Excel window is showing it is safe to go back to the program window.

However, if the Excel window is showing it is safe to go back to the program window. Be sure to wait for completion - A green Done, and the 2. Process turning green. Assuming you make sales every day, the high date (Pacific time) and time will be up to date.
Notes
Third party derives, outfits and bundles will cause messages to appear. For outfits and new entry will be made in Sales Derived and you should check it afterwards, for derives you will be prompted to complete the info in SalesDerived.
5. Scan IMVU Balance Logs
A. Click Import Logs in the top menu bar (If it is not already displaying) then press Download Balance Logs. Wait 6 seconds and then press the CSV on that page - this downloads a text file with your Balances. Go back to the program. Click Balance from Import Logs
This will try to use the end date from the previous dowload. The first time you use the program, you should select the range you wish to process, ideally you should go back to the start of the month or even earlier. It should be set 15 days after the earliest Income logs you imported to allow for credits pending.

IMVU has a problem downloading more than 100 Balance logs, if you exceed that you must repeat the previous sequence.
Close the Import Balance Logs window using the button this being you to the correct date/time range for the next set of balance logs. Press CSV
Repeat partially from step 5
A. Click Balance from Import Logs
B. Click Excel-=> Import Balance Logs.
Notes

Note if the P does not go to the Products List with Show Sales on, try it again, or do it manually.

The first time you do this set the date to 2011-09-15, on subsequent downloads change to the last date processed which you can find on Browse Logins under High Income Date. Wait 6 seconds and then press the CSV on that page IMVU will take a while to respond) - then downloads a text file with your Income. Go back to the program. Click Excel-=> Batch Import Income Logs.
B. On your IMVU page, click Customer balance events and change the start date. The first time you do this set the date to 2011-09-15, on subsequent downloads change to the last date processed which you can find on Browse Logins under High Balance Date. Wait 6 seconds and then press the CSV on that page IMVU then downloads a text file with your Balances. Go back to the program. Click Excel-=> Import Balance Logs.
